Project InformationWe all know that resources are limited for participatory work and so we think that it's even more important to spend time reflecting on what works and what doesn't and how different approaches can be used to engage and involve communities in a range of activities.
We are offering practitioners who are working with communities to explore health and wellbeing issues an opportunity to develop their practice by participating in an Action Learning Programme. This is a series of 3 facilitated workshops where you meet with your peers to share ideas, challenges and explore ways of evaluating your work.
The workshops will be facilitated by Kate Gant and Penny Vincent.
Get Talking: Wellbeing is supported by Staffordshire University, Staffordshire County Council and Creative Health CIC and follows on from the successful Get Talking: Into Action workshops (www.gettalking.info) and a series of events held by Staffordshire Arts and Health Network www.westmidlandsartshealthandwellbeing.org.uk
